Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
I've cleared my cache, and the issue has returned
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Just as the title says, this began for the first time this morning. My Outlook webpage will refresh within seconds of opening any emails with attachments or opening up a new email to write regardless of email account or browser. I've tried on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and my main browser, Chrome, to no avail. Have not found any solutions including clearing browsing history/cache/cookies, disabling any and all extensions, and even removing extensions from my browser entirely. I've also reset my password twice, restarted my computer, and don't know what to do from here.

Hi Good day everyone, I receently came across this issue.
When that refresh glitch occurs look in the address bar for the Outlook (PWA) app trying to install, it's at the end of your browser address bar in Chrome. It's a small icon,
if you click on it the Outlook (PWA) app will ask you if want to install it. Go ahead and install it. You should now have a Pop-Out Outlook app.
After you have installed the app, you will see the Pop-Out Outlook app. At the very top of the Pop-Out Outlook app click the 3 Dots, and uniinstall it.
Then go back to your Outlook on the Web and try to compose a new email and see if the resfresh glitch is gone.
Try it out, It worked for me, no clearing the cache or browsing history , clearing that stuff and signing in and out was a tempoary solution it came back hours later.
Tried this. Did not help. Issue is persisting
Well, it worked for me in "incognito mode" for some good reason
Came across this issue this morning, Edge Beta 134.0.3124.8 on Linux (Fedora 41)
I was already using it as an PWA, so I uninstalled and re installed again, so far is working fine.
