Outlook webpage refreshes whenever emails with attachments are opened or writing new emails

Just as the title says, this began for the first time this morning. My Outlook webpage will refresh within seconds of opening any emails with attachments or opening up a new email to write regardless of email account or browser. I've tried on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and my main browser, Chrome, to no avail. Have not found any solutions including clearing browsing history/cache/cookies, disabling any and all extensions, and even removing extensions from my browser entirely. I've also reset my password twice, restarted my computer, and don't know what to do from here.

In my case the issue appears without attachments in the e-mail. I only have a link to OneDrive in the body of the e-mail.

Logging out, then logging back in works too on Chrome, without clearing cache, without closing browser.

Also went to Settings - Performance - and disabled Memory Saver.

    No more issues.

Trying the solutions provided (clear cache, change link, etc) solves the issue temporarily but as other stated, it comes back within minutes/hours. A quick google search throws threads of this issue dating back to 2013. All these threads have been closed without a solution/fix provided.

Just throwing facts out here, you make your own conclusions. Mine is that Microsoft is a company that doesn't care about my business (I pay several monthly accounts) and I am now looking for alternatives. As it is, I cannot reply to orders, invoices or anything really. Hey, who needs to reply to customers anyway! Microsoft sure isn't replying to their customers!

I am so frustrated. I cleared my cache yesterday and today the same issue is happening. Everytime I try to create a new email or reply it refreshes and just takes me back to my inbox. Can you please fix this? I can't do business like this. I am using chrome.

When the user get the issue, the user create new email, reply email or open a draft email, then the windows will be reloaded.

I clear Outlook's cookies, and it works fine for a day. However, the issue returns after a reboot.

    Problem for me too.

Certain emails cause the browser window to reload.

    https://outlook.office365.com/mail/

    Firefox 135.0

    Ubuntu 2024.04 LST

Logging in in a Private browsing window seems to fix the issue.
