Outlook webpage refreshes whenever emails with attachments are opened or writing new emails

Just as the title says, this began for the first time this morning. My Outlook webpage will refresh within seconds of opening any emails with attachments or opening up a new email to write regardless of email account or browser. I've tried on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and my main browser, Chrome, to no avail. Have not found any solutions including clearing browsing history/cache/cookies, disabling any and all extensions, and even removing extensions from my browser entirely. I've also reset my password twice, restarted my computer, and don't know what to do from here.

    Hello Yolanda,

It seems like you didn't fully read the question.

"2. Check if there is an automatic update of Outlook running in the background, and if so, please wait for the update to complete before trying again."

Which update are you referring to here? Do you mean the browser? Outlook doesn't "update" if it's running in a browser, so why mention that? If you mean the locally installed Outlook, then I'm sorry to inform you, but this issue, as described by the user, has nothing to do with the locally installed Outlook but only with Outlook OWA. Again why are you even mentioning that?

It seems to me that Microsoft Agents and Moderators might have an incentive or are measured by the number of posts they answer in this forum. This results in responses like this one, which are not helpful, do not understand the question, and provide half-baked solutions that have nothing to do with the author's question.

I am having the same issue. Many of our business users are having the same issues, across different networks and states, only using the web browser. This is so frustrating!! How long until this bug is fixed?

I've tried, clearing cache and cookies, different web browsers, different computers, different networks, The only trend I noticed is that this happened after I change my password. However, it's happening to other users at our business who haven't changed their password recently.

Same here, whenever I try to compose a response in e-mail chain, start a new e-mail or edit a draft the page just reboots not leaving me a single chance to compose the message.

Updating Chrome, updating MacOS and rebooting the computer didn't help.
