Outlook webpage refreshes whenever emails with attachments are opened or writing new emails

Just as the title says, this began for the first time this morning. My Outlook webpage will refresh within seconds of opening any emails with attachments or opening up a new email to write regardless of email account or browser. I've tried on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and my main browser, Chrome, to no avail. Have not found any solutions including clearing browsing history/cache/cookies, disabling any and all extensions, and even removing extensions from my browser entirely. I've also reset my password twice, restarted my computer, and don't know what to do from here.

I have the issue as well. It just started a few minutes ago. I open an email in Outlook online and within 5 seconds, the browser refreshes. Chrome browser.

My email is running fine on Microsoft Edge web browser. Try changing your browser.

Changing the browser to get around this Outlook 365-specific issue would be a major inconvenience for non-Edge users. No thanks.

this does seem to work (for now) but I did have to check a box to delete the PWA data when uninstalling. I had to do it twice because I did not check that box the first time and nothing was fixed.

Hopefully this workaround fixes things long term as clearing browser data only worked for a short time.

    Great to hear!

Looks like my team has been solid for a week now. Unfortunately I do see others dealing with this issue over and over. It is incredibly frustrating.

I would only assume that a Windows update may clear things up soon.

    Fingers crossed!!
