Outlook webpage refreshes whenever emails with attachments are opened or writing new emails

Just as the title says, this began for the first time this morning. My Outlook webpage will refresh within seconds of opening any emails with attachments or opening up a new email to write regardless of email account or browser. I've tried on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and my main browser, Chrome, to no avail. Have not found any solutions including clearing browsing history/cache/cookies, disabling any and all extensions, and even removing extensions from my browser entirely. I've also reset my password twice, restarted my computer, and don't know what to do from here.

So far, what has worked for me is:

    • use incognito/private mode

    or

    • use Safari browser

I'm a Brave browser user. I have noticed other glitches such as online map tile display that do not work anymore (I wrote those map apps using leaflet, and they were working perfectly until January in any browser), as well as longer webpage connection times.

It looks like there is some sort of miscommunication or misinterpretation between web apps and browsers. But it does not seem to affect Safari.

I am haing the same issue, but I use Edge. I have cleared my cookies and restarted my computer twice. After each time, the problem disappears for a few hours but then returns.

Hi, Sorry to hear that, please lmk what version of the browser you are using, Chrome? Edge? Three dots upper right hand corner click Help, About "Your Browser Name" See if it tries updating , may ask you to "Relaunch to Finish Update" or Simply give you your current Version listed.

Came across this issue this morning, Edge Beta 134.0.3124.8 on Linux (Fedora 41)

I was already using it as an PWA, so I uninstalled and re installed again, so far is working fine.
