Removing Copilot from Outlook email

Since this conversation started in January there has been a very clear message to Microsoft that many, many users object to the intrusive nature of Co-Pilot and the insistence of Microsoft that no option to disable this will be provided. The contributions are all (so far as one can judge) formerly loyal and satisfied users of Microsoft products. The company needs to listen and, if it does not, market competition will eventually resolve the issue to Microsoft’s loss. As a Microsoft representative you have a responsibility to the company to represent the very strong views expressed. And the Company has a duty to listen to its clients. Any business, however powerful, is ultimately answerable to its customers. Microsoft, listen and act now.

Ok, which customer asked for "Copilot", a 'helping' app that gets in your way? Limited screen space lets use some space showing Copilot. Editing an email, lets add an icon that is right where you want to select.

It seems that the Copilot is an excuse to read every email (like google) and store them in an AI drive. Do I have any privacy in Outlook anymore?

I agree that I want copilot OFF of my emails. It's very annoying, distracting, and not helpful or useful. I accidentally click on it and it blocks the features I do want on my screen. And I was unable to provide feedback on this through the Help section like you mentioned.

So, still no way to remove 5 lines asking if you want a summay, there are two buttons in other locations. The buttons are less annoying. Can you remove the 5 lines asking if I want a summary blocking my access to the actual email ? Is there a handicapped accessibility visual option to removed the added copilot options that require horizontal and vertical scrolling to view mail?

Can you detail if all our mail i also in the AI by default, or only when we ask for summaries and assistance in writing?

Is there anyway to change the suckup, offering sex, humiliating option in writing assistance to engineering brief non-social professional? I am not a sex worker: excessive compliments, desperation, thanking, and submission, are not acceptable. A quick question or comment should not be several times longer that the original email. Replies include the original email and do not need to be summarized or expanded upon, especially do not include the details of the email header. It's like teaching someone who handwrites mail, how to use email because the envelope might be lost. The envelope is not generally lost is email. The help in writing and summaries seem idiotic.

I have successfully eliminated the irritating and useless Co-pilot with UBlock origin, using the element picker. Took a little playing around before I figured out how, but so worth it. Again, get the extension, UBlock Origin, and familiarize yourself with the tools. Since I am not a coder I had to do a little research to figure it out but OMG, I feel so empowered now.
