UPDATE 28Apr2025: I renewed and changed my subscription to Microsoft Personal Classic and that *seemed* to eliminate Co-Pilot. For how long? Who knows? But at least now its no longer showing up on my emails. Thank you to everyone who shared my frustrations and who offered suggestions.
How do I remove Copilot from my Outlook email (and all other applications for that matter)? I have a 5 year old MacBook Pro. I use Outlook (Hotmail account) and all of a sudden CoPilot has appeared when I start writing or replying to emails. I do NOT want it. I do NOT need it. It is VERY distracting and I want to disable and/or remove it. Any advice would be most appreciated. I tried searching online but could not find a suitable answer. Thank you.

I need Copilot off my computer entirely, especially off my Outlook email. It is preventing me from sending attachments from One Drive and its intrusive. I need it gone today.
Thanks for this! They are telling I need a new computer because Microsoft wants me to switch to Windows 11. This might take awhile to get used to, but there's nothing wrong with my computer. It does what I want to it to do just fine. Libre Office looks like a great alternative to MS. Thank you ever so much!!!!!
Dual Boot: when PC starts the first thing I get is a page with options. Basically, I can start Linux or I can go into windows.
To work less on MS and more on Mint (using Libre Office, Firefox, Thunderbird...). And stop rude Co-pilot from appearing.
Need MS for whatever reason? Boot there and work as minimum as possible. However, tired of Windows 11 ruining what was a great experience. No WordPad, shoved copilot down my throat, doing changes that clearly come from a marketing department with myopic view of MS potential.
What do you mean by dual boot?
Dual boot to Mint Linux, Thunderbird. Change mail providers. Steam os for games.
Windows for minimal use.
Windows 11 has become a monster of evil marketing with absolute disregard to loyal fan base (Windows user since MS-DOS, card carrying member since windows 3.1...).
