Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
Outrageous. Will be finding ways to avoid outlook and probably micrsoft in general.

UPDATE 28Apr2025: I renewed and changed my subscription to Microsoft Personal Classic and that *seemed* to eliminate Co-Pilot. For how long? Who knows? But at least now its no longer showing up on my emails. Thank you to everyone who shared my frustrations and who offered suggestions.
How do I remove Copilot from my Outlook email (and all other applications for that matter)? I have a 5 year old MacBook Pro. I use Outlook (Hotmail account) and all of a sudden CoPilot has appeared when I start writing or replying to emails. I do NOT want it. I do NOT need it. It is VERY distracting and I want to disable and/or remove it. Any advice would be most appreciated. I tried searching online but could not find a suitable answer. Thank you.
I do not know if I have the New or Legacy Outlook.

Any new program should be removable.
Or at least, far more useful
Can you program copilot to actually learn what spam is to me, and start removing the real spam???????
Agree with all those who are frustrated about not being able to disable Copilot!
Thank you for that information
The mobile app ribbon that also displays an "x" seemingly to close the option, automatically begins the scan of your email! There is no way to disable completely and simply trying to remove a floating button engages the tech. This is egregious and irresponsible coding and implementation to say the least. Be better. Do better. And the fact that you want us to pay for you all to steal even more of our information and personal content is beyond.
