I can't sign in to may email. I need it for work purpose urgently. I've tried using different browsers and computers and same message appeared "Something went wrong". Appreciate your assistance. TQ

Hi I am having issues logging into my account on my phone stating it has been blocked when I use the step by step guide it states having technical issues with my email try again later how do I resolve this issue

I AM USING A PERSONAL ACCOUNT which randomly stopped working this morning. After multiple tries microsoft informed me that it was blocked and after providing some information it provided me with a link to reset it. They sent the link to an alternative email i provided. but, when i go to reset it after placing my email address is says "We couldn't change your password because your session expired. Please try again". I did this twice and the same results
