I can't sign in to my email.

i have email ***PII removed***

also another mail ***PII removed***

i used every time to log in before , but later on i could not suddenly . i was not be able to login . i creat this email for my children to use it under my supervistion .

also i put my mobile number to recive any code . but i do not know what happen no code recived every time we log in . it showing my last two digit of my phone numeber . no text recived code recieved . we try diffrent time to recive that code , could you please help me .with this email . as my kids now gruow up and they need to login to that email as have a lot of games and account linked to that email . could you please kindly help me, i am able to send you anything to get email back if you need any information please let me know . as we open this email temporrey to send you this request
