Hi, has this issue been resolved? I’m having the same problems with my outlook account and unable to verify my account in Mail app.
No it hasn't - crickets chirping.....would be nice to get an update on what is going on on how soon they will have this fixed!
My turn to ask, where are we on the fix?
I spoke with someone late yesterday at GoDaddy (I have Microsoft thru them) and they said they are still working on the issue. No resolution yet. It's a mess.
I found this on another site. The person shut the WiFi on the iPhone off then added the email back onto his iPhone. Turned the WiFi back on and the email stayed on the iPhone. It worked for me to add my Outlook back on my iPhone, but it's still not syncing. Now that I have the account back on my phone, hopefully once the problem is solved, it will automatically sync.
