After days of trying the same things finally managed to get in and reset password. Now have mail access.
Any new information on this? Same issue here.
I'm having the same problem with my iPhone but not with my iPads. The Apple mail app works fine on my iPad. As it's the same APP what is the real issue? Perhaps a bug in the latest update? I updated my iPhone, but not my 2 iPads and they work just fine.
I followed GoDaddy's advice (they hold our domain name) and deleted my email account. When I tried to add it again, I received an Error Message - Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information). I have no idea what that means.
Stupidly I did not realize I would lose all my contacts once I deleted my email account.
There is a known issue they are working on today - Issue ID EX1021490

I am having the same problem. I was prompted to re-enter my password. I did and it was not accepted - wrong password when I know that is the password. Tried everything. Can still log into my email via my desk top computer. Deleted the mail account on my iPhone, and now it keeps saying that my email address doesn't exist. This is a work email that I am battling with and am on the road constantly. I need to receive critical updates during the day and I am now unable too. I have been logging into my account via the phone web browser - but that is not ideal - and I don't get notified of a new email. There has to be a simple solution to fix this!! Come on Microsoft with all your techs - how can this be happening?
