I am having the same problem. I was prompted to re-enter my password. I did and it was not accepted - wrong password when I know that is the password. Tried everything. Can still log into my email via my desk top computer. Deleted the mail account on my iPhone, and now it keeps saying that my email address doesn't exist. This is a work email that I am battling with and am on the road constantly. I need to receive critical updates during the day and I am now unable too. I have been logging into my account via the phone web browser - but that is not ideal - and I don't get notified of a new email. There has to be a simple solution to fix this!! Come on Microsoft with all your techs - how can this be happening?
