why am i not able to receive or send emails

My classic stopped working in October 2024, stared with the same issue we are having now in new outlook, emails not coming in or going out. i switch hopping it was working and nope still stuck at october 2024

I understand that you mentioned being unable to send or receive emails in the new Outlook.

Is this email a Microsoft domain email or a third-party email? You can tell me the domain name after the @ symbol.

First, you can check if it works normally on the corresponding service provider's web platform. For Microsoft domain emails, log in to Outlook.live.com.

If there are any related error messages, please let me know.

i am having the same problem i can't send or receive emails but on Gmail it work fine can send and receive it from Gmail but not from outlook web page online or the program on the computer want to work at all been like this like since sun day morning we miss alot of imported work due to this my other email that are on it work fine it only the work email.
