My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

POTENTIAL SOLUTION: I had deleted and readded my non-functional gmail from Windows Outlook to no avail. Only removed it fr om windows not all devices. This morning had a minor epiphany. Another Gmail account had also gone inactive. I deleted the two offending Gmaill accounts from ALL ACCOUNTS and re-added them. Both are now functioning normally. Peroson Opinion is that in order to fix the problem the info that Outlook stores in the cloud had to be removed.
