My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.
I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.
I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.
I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.
This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

Same with me. No emails will load and no emails will send, they go to drafts unsent.

Im having the same issue, outlook wont sync with google. i can get emails thru google
You don't need to delete the gamil account from your iphone is you are using the iphone mail app or the gmail app. You just need to delete the account from your outlook client on your windows pc. When it asks if you want to delete from just this device or all devices, you need to select all devices. Once that is done, re-add the gmail account back to the outlook client on the pc and that should work. Will take a little while to sync up.
Hi Susan. I am not with microsoft. I can only share what worked for me. You need to remove the account that is not working from the outlook client. When it asks if you want to remove from just this device or all devices, you need to select all devices. Once you have completed removing the account, you need to re-add back to the outlook client. Once done it should work and will just take a while to sync back up.
Another day and still no fix.
It actually started working again but we are basically back to the same.
How do we get this fixed?
I need this for work and it's pathetic this simple email can't work right
