new outlook not syncing with gmail, no error message

My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

    I have the same issue. On February 6th, one of my Gmail accounts stopped working. I have three others and they work fine! PLEASE fix this issue!!!

    When I removed all my Gmail accounts from all devices and then added them back, everything worked okay afterwards.

    Ok. Everything seems to be working for the time being. I updated my Mac IOS and deleted and readded all my accounts. Fingers crossed that the issue is resolved.

    Same problem here. This not working on the following Outlook apps:

    • Outlook for Mac (Version 16.93.2 25012611) New outlook
    • Not working on iPhone Outlook app
    • Not working on web version of Outlook

    I removed gmail from iphone and from desktop app. Closed and reopened outlook on both.

    added my gmail account back to desktop app. that worked.

    added my gmail account back to iphone app. that worked

    still cannot figure out how to add gmail account to my web version of outlook though.
