new outlook not syncing with gmail, no error message

My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

Quick repair should solve temporarily

Now only IMAP.

Same issue since 2/12 for me across all devices - such a pain. How has Microsoft not fixed this or even replied on when they will fix it yet? Crazy

Removing GMail from all devices and re-adding in Outlook (new) worked for me as well. I had spent a lot of time on this and even connected with Microsoft support yesterday and they told me this was a known issue, but no fix available yet with no ETA. Thank goodness I found this thread. Thanks all!
