new outlook not syncing with gmail, no error message

My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

    Same issue here with New Outlook 1.2025.213.300

    Yes, it will. You will have to go back and re-add your email addresses to your iPhone and iPad.

    When you delete “from all devices “ will it delete from my iPhone and iPad as well as the laptop?

    Yes, that fixed it last week for me too. But a pain because I had to sign into gmail on all my pcs all over again, regardless if it was the New Outlook or old Outlook but it works.
