My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

Having same problem - Win 10 New Outlook version 1.2025.129.300 (Production) & version 1.2025.205.100(Production) stopped receiving/sending emails Feb 5. No error messages.

I finally got tired of waiting for a reply/fix, so I removed the account and added it back in on the three computers that I used Win 10 New Outlook on. Tried setting it up the same way as it was but it wouldn't accept it as an IMAP so I changed to use POP, not ideal but at least it worked again. On my two android phones I use Gmail app to access the same email accounts and had no issues. Since I was still using an old TWCNY.rr email account I have started the process to switch all emails over to using a Gmail account and will not use Win 10 Outlook for email. Good luck everyone!!

Frustrating answer, but I kept up on my updates and it resolved itself after a few weeks.
