new outlook not syncing with gmail, no error message

My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

    This worked for me. The trick was deleing from all devices.

    Yes, any place that the account is linked to Outlook, Need to clear the info in the Outlook cloud.

    Can you clarify? Did you remove offending Gmail accounts from ALL DEVICES?
