Sorry so what's the answer? I'm using outlook in office 2019. The box in my google account giving access to gmail is and always has been ticked. So what do I do? I don't get an error message, it just says 'sychronising subscribed folders' for my gmail - but it never completes.
I have the same problem. Also this kind of problem occured already a few agos ago too. So annoying.
