My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.
I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.
I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.
I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.
This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

I am also having the same issue. I've been using the new Outlook with my Gmail account for months and then all of a sudden it stopped working the other day. I cannot send or receive any gmail emails but all my icloud emails work fine. I've tried removing and then adding the gmail account back. It seems to add it but still cannot send or receive emails from Gmail account within the new Outlook.
I too am having the same issue with a client. Hopefully the "Remove account from ALL devices'" trick works because nothing else has.
I also tried this and found it did not work. But as an added bonus, it erased all the entries from my Outlook calendar.
This worked for me as well. This is the solution. Unfortunately, it did take quite a while to get back in synch (1/2 day?) once adjusted and I lost quite a bit of calendar/ contact data that was entered in the 2-3 days during the outage/ issue. Good luck.
