new outlook not syncing with gmail, no error message

My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

Concur with above; Is there any support for this issue? I am having the same problem and increasingly worse when re-adding account i.e. just has inbox and drafts (which neither work) and missing calendar for this account.

I have done this several times and added back the account that is not syncing but still does not work and increasing with problems i.e. only inbox and draft folders present and no calendar showing.

this worked for me.

I had 1 out of 3 gmail accounts not working and had tried deleting and re-adding, but not from "all devices". Just tried as advised and works perfectly now.

i am running new outlook ver 1.2025.129.300

I think Microsoft might have fixed issue. But, you should delete your gmail account from the Outlook client. When it asks you if you want to delete from this device only or all devices, chose all devices. Once deleted, re-add your account to Outlook client and then all should work again.

Another day and still no fix.

It actually started working again but we are basically back to the same.

How do we get this fixed?

I need this for work and it's pathetic this simple email can't work right
