new outlook not syncing with gmail, no error message

My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

    Over 12 hours now, nothing on New Outlook or Outlook.com will send or receive any emails. Everything says Outlook is working, but not here. My Yahoo works but Outlook is dead!
