My outlook stop receiving emails nor can I send emails from outlook. There is no error message from Outlook stating why it's not syncing.

I've checked gmail acct, IMAP is enabled.

I've logged out of Outlook and re-link my gmail acct to outlook, didn't work.

I've uninstalled the new Outlook and set everything up, still didn't work.

This is the new Outlook version that i'm working with. It stopped working yesterday at 3:30pm. Everything was working fine then suddenly I couldn't send an email then noticed no new emails were coming in.

Exactly the same issue. But even weirder, this only happens on one gmail account. The other account in new outlook works fine. I can log into the web browser for gmail and see the accounts and they work there, so why only one has stopped working in new outlook is mysterious. I have tried the usual reboot, remove the account, add it back in, etc.

Having same problem - Win 10 New Outlook version 1.2025.129.300 (Production) & version 1.2025.205.100(Production) stopped receiving/sending emails Feb 5. No error messages.

I had similar issue and reached out to MS support who was very helpful. I had deleted the affected account in Outlook; then go into the web access for that account, under security section, create "app password." THEN go back into Outlook and re-added the affect account back using the "new" app PW. This worked for me and Outlook started syncing all accounts again.

I have the same issue since the last Windows 11 update. Please quicly a solution!

I had similar issues, contact MS support; learned to delete the affected account; then go to main web version of that affected account, in security setting find create app PW. Grab that new app PW, go into Outlook add that account back using the updated app PW. This worked for me and Outlook syncing all accounts now.

I am having the same issue with one of my gmail accounts in Outlook on both New Outlook (version info below) on Windows AND on Outlook for Android. I have multiple gmail accounts, and I am experiencing a no-sync issue (with no error message) on both devices with only one of my gmail accounts. Other gmail accounts are syncing with Outlook on both devices just fine. This is a new issue as of Feb 10 2025.

My New Outlook (Windows) version info:

    Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.205.100 (Production)

    Client Version: 20250131002.11

    WebView2 Version: 133.0.3065.59

    Session ID: 22de7bff-b4e5-c74a-8492-e8a2f4d131c0
