Help me sign in to my outlook (hotmail) account

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I’m having trouble accessing my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account. I’ve already tried logging in from multiple browsers (including incognito mode), different devices, and even reset my password, but the issue persists.

    Please help me...

    I have been on the phone with Microsoft and Apple.

    I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They did all they could and Microsoft

    required 24 hours to work on it. They were unsuccessful.

    BUT I cannot start another email without an email that is working!

    3 DAYS OF FRUSTRATION HERE!!!

    I'm willing to start over with a new gmail account. BUT it won't let me start an account without a working email, of which I have been locked out of.

    What is a human supposed to do?

    Hi Didi,

    Had checked service status based on your link given, everything is fine but we still cant access into our email category.

    For investigation team who read this, I think most of us do able to login and view our profile dashboard part, but it just unable to open email section and showing those error message.

    Please do technical team to solve this issue? At least make an announcement if this issue has been noted and action in taken. I had been facing this issue frustrated more than 3 weeks.

    Same problem I am getting here. I wasn't able to log in to my outlook.com account.
