Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I’m having trouble accessing my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account. I’ve already tried logging in from multiple browsers (including incognito mode), different devices, and even reset my password, but the issue persists.

2025-07-12T05:54:20+00:00 Jedi, I can get into my microsoft account dashboard with my correct email and password but I cannot get into web based outlook for a whole week now! The error message I get is a different one to yours though. It says only "We can't sign you in right now. Please try again later". I checked to make sure I'm not blocked out of outlook. I'm not. I reset my password. I don't know what to do!
EDIT: After first posting this, I tried the web based outlook on Firefox and it works just fine for me! At least in my case, it appears to be an unknown problem with Microsoft Edge.

2025-07-12T14:29:32+00:00 I'm having the same issue and I cannot even change my password at all. It keeps saying my account is temporarily locked, but Microsoft says everything is up and running good.
