I’m having trouble accessing my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account. I’ve already tried logging in from multiple browsers (including incognito mode), different devices, and even reset my password, but the issue persists.

On my computer I have a Google tabs/window for my personal life and another Google tab/windows for my work life. I can't sign in to my Microsoft account on my personal tab/window but I can sign in on my work tab/windows.
Can anyone help?

When i go on forgotten password the number it will send code to is old number and the authenticate app i dont have.
