For at least two weeks, I've been inundated with spam from the domain gostarmedia.com. I've created the following "solutions" all without success.
Rules
Sender Address Includes "gostarmedia" (without quotes)
Categorize as Spam
Move to Junk Email
Junk Mail
*@gostarmedia.com
gostarmedia.com
It would be really great if Hotmail could stop letting ****clowns like these from getting through if someone enters a valid domain. That or allow more wildcards (e.g. *@*.gostarmedia.com), instead of only allowing it in place of usernames preceding the @.
Today, I searched and deleted 16 out of 18 Junk Mail emails, that had the gostarmedia.com domain in their addresses.

In the old days rules worked on the junk box , but Microsoft changed it for some reason, no idea why, but very stupid and now we get more junk than ever. It is obvious that there are no legitimate gostarmedia emails, so why allow them to get to us in the first place.
It is also very patronising that when you report spam you get a message,"if there is no option to unsubscribe Outlook will block these senders!" !!!!!!!!!! I never subscribed in the first place. Does this mean Outlook will do nothing if these spammers include a unsubscribe button which will do nothing.
Trying to unsubscribe to emails i have never subscribed to just legistimizes spam! I live in UK why would i subscribe to american home warrenty or canvas prints.
Thanks. Have set this up. Whilst it does prevent some gostarmedia.com emails reaching my spam folder, others slip through which seems odd. Having checked the run history of the flow, it is successful 50% of the time.
Edit: for those that may understand why (this is beyong my current knowledge), the successful removal of emails occurs in less than 100milliseconds, those that slip through do so after more than 100ms.
Like the multitude of people on this blog ... Microsoft should find and communicate a solution. Or explain why they either can't or are not interested, so in return we can make a value judgment of which email provider aligns with our expectations. We have all utilized this service for many years... don't patronize, find a solution. Gostarmedia is more than just annoying!
