Settings: Junk Mail: Blocked Senders: Domain Gostarmedia.com & *@gostsarmedia.com do not block incoming spam

For at least two weeks, I've been inundated with spam from the domain gostarmedia.com. I've created the following "solutions" all without success.

Rules

Sender Address Includes "gostarmedia" (without quotes)

Categorize as Spam

Move to Junk Email

Junk Mail

*@gostarmedia.com

gostarmedia.com

It would be really great if Hotmail could stop letting ****clowns like these from getting through if someone enters a valid domain. That or allow more wildcards (e.g. *@*.gostarmedia.com), instead of only allowing it in place of usernames preceding the @.

Today, I searched and deleted 16 out of 18 Junk Mail emails, that had the gostarmedia.com domain in their addresses.

Thanks!

As of today, I estimate I will receive around 100 before the end of the day. This is beyond laughable for a company with over $3.5T+ in valuation.

Just tell the Administrators to block the f'ing domain already! And if that doesn't work, build a damn filter to redirect these emails to Delete.

We can't do it from our end!

    Fix it!

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've blocked, I've unsubscribed, and created a rule and yet they keep coming. 5 in the last 30 minutes. WTH?!

    1. Regarding Wildcards and Domain Blocking Limitations: Your suggestion about wildcards (*@*.gostarmedia.com) is indeed very valuable, and many users would appreciate more flexible blocking options. Currently, Outlook.com's "Blocked Senders" feature primarily targets complete email addresses or top-level domains (like gostarmedia.com). For more complex subdomain variations, a simple domain block might not be enough to cover all cases.

Please... How do we add wildcards to these domains? How do we block these emails?!

Why is this not working? I added gostarmedia.com to the blocked senders and domains, but I am still getting gostarmedia.com emails! I have also added rules to delete all emails with the words gostarmedia.com in the sender email address.

Why can't you upgrade your blocking rules!!???!!!!!! It is truly frustrating.

I also have been plagued by gostarmedia junk. Where outlook is being let down is that the emails are flagged as having no sender address, probably because the sender address starts @' This sends them to the junk folder for me. If I put a rule to delete all emails with sender address containing @' and test that rule it will delete any emails like this which I have transferred to the inbox but any new arrivals have already been sent to junk and thus are not processed (i.e. deleted).
