Settings: Junk Mail: Blocked Senders: Domain Gostarmedia.com & *@gostsarmedia.com do not block incoming spam

For at least two weeks, I've been inundated with spam from the domain gostarmedia.com. I've created the following "solutions" all without success.

Rules

Sender Address Includes "gostarmedia" (without quotes)

Categorize as Spam

Move to Junk Email

Junk Mail

*@gostarmedia.com

gostarmedia.com

It would be really great if Hotmail could stop letting ****clowns like these from getting through if someone enters a valid domain. That or allow more wildcards (e.g. *@*.gostarmedia.com), instead of only allowing it in place of usernames preceding the @.

Today, I searched and deleted 16 out of 18 Junk Mail emails, that had the gostarmedia.com domain in their addresses.

    It is also very patronising that when you report spam you get a message,"if there is no option to unsubscribe Outlook will block these senders!" !!!!!!!!!! I never subscribed in the first place. Does this mean Outlook will do nothing if these spammers include a unsubscribe button which will do nothing.

    Trying to unsubscribe to emails i have never subscribed to just legistimizes spam! I live in UK why would i subscribe to american home warrenty or canvas prints.

    In the old days rules worked on the junk box , but Microsoft changed it for some reason, no idea why, but very stupid and now we get more junk than ever. It is obvious that there are no legitimate gostarmedia emails, so why allow them to get to us in the first place.

    This probably would have worked, but flow.microsoft.com sent me to Microsoft Power Automation (make.powerautomate.com).

    There was also a banner that said:

    "Important Notice: Starting June 30, 2025, personal email accounts (e.g., Gmail.com, Outlook.com) will no longer work in Power Automate. This change affects users with personal email accounts. Transition to a work or school account today by contacting your administrator or setting up a new account."

    Meanwhile, I received 37 emails from gostarmedia.com since yesterday.

    I tried to set it up but it failed to connect with Outlook.com.

    No, I was getting a bunch of Gmail emails from someone using a ".me" address. I had to complain to me.com and it stopped those, but the spammers have found another way to flood my junk mail. Now they are using emails sent "via" various different sources (including ".me"). They are smarter than Microsoft or Google.

    This is BS. I wake up and I have more than 50 gostar spams in my email account. I've just finished reading Sarah Wynn-Williams's book Careless People. The same hand in hand between FB and China and Myanmar seems to be MS and gostar. I've had my hotmail account since 1995; do I have to go to gmail to avoid this avalanche of MS allowed spam??
