Outlook is constantly refreshing - what can I do?

We put in a enterprise ticket in with them, they are blaming it on Apple or Google since we had luck in Safari until that also broke. but you edge users get it too.

I see a lot of folks on the thread using non-Apple devices -- myself included. I have the problem on two different Windows 11 machines, one running Opera and one running Firefox. Indeed, clearing cache appears to work -- but that's a nuisance and seems to only be a temporary fix, as I've had the issue return after a few days.

I am on an Apple for my main work device and haven't had any issues after downloading the Outlook app in the Apple store. Its a nuisance having to jockey between the app and my browser. I haven't had an issue on my Android phone, but issues on my other laptop running Microsoft. Strange I didn't have any issues on any devices before.

Mac for work. And android phone. Chrome and safari don't work for me. Just the desktop version. Outlook app on phone works fine. And it does the same thing with my calendar too. Not just my email. Very annoying.

This is not a mild annoyance. Every time I refresh my browser to short-term fix this, I need to log in again in a dozen other places, each one costing me several seconds of time and up to an entire day of frustration-induced brain fog. And the fix only lasts for the rest of the day (if I'm lucky).

This has been an ongoing issue for over a week now. Am I crazy to think that's an unacceptably long time for something this basic and common-case to be ongoing?
