How can I disable Copilot completely in my Outlook WEB interface?

Recently, I've started getting things like "Summary by Copilot" or "Try Draft with Copilot" inside my Outlook WEB interface.

I've searched the help pages and online, but could not find a way to completely disconnect Copilot from my email web interface. I don't want it to even scan my emails.

I feel like I've got AI pushed down my throat lately by everyone, and frankly, I really don't want it.

    Well some of you might already have noticed this, but someone at Microsoft has finally woken up to the mountain of complaints about compulsory Copilot in Outlook web ...

    Select settings | Copilot then turn off the Copilot switch.

    -- an option which should have been there from day 1 !

    Fingers crossed this is now permanent, and that no-one decides to remove it anytime.

    Your method seems to have worked and I am not getting AI shoved in my face when I receive or write an e-mail.

    I have my own friggin' brain and I don't need the nerds shoving their software down my throat!

    Be careful when you cancel your old subscription and initiate a new subscription w/o AI.

    I have a professional discount of 30%. But if I cancel it and reinitiate a new subscription, I would lose this discount.

    So it would become more costly in fact. Instead I managed to switch off the Copilot in all the applications except on the web.

    Also it is unclear how long the version without AI is available. At a certain moment MS might force you to upgrade anyway.

    Making you pay extra for something you never requested.

    Imagine this happening in the car industry when you have to pay premium for extra features you did not want like a useless ugly spoiler.

    The second link is working where the $99 option is now available for "Microsoft 365 Personal" for one person and up to five machines. I had the family plan before, apparently, the 666 Plan for six people on six machines for six months X 2, for some reason. Somebody knows something.

    Ding, dong, the wicked Co-Pilot is dead! With a Co-Pilot like that, well, hell, you know the rest of the story, "cast out of ***sy Heaven."

    This is the closing message:

    "When your current subscription renews, it will switch from Microsoft 365 Family to Microsoft 365 Personal."
