I can't login to my Hotmail account

    I have tried both new and classic and they won't let me sign in it says my email and phone # are wrong. I have a desktop that email works on just fine! I am trying to get email on new laptop

    Are you sure that you're typing the address and password correctly and [1] not making a copy/paste mistake like leaving a space at the end or [2] letting autocomplete use the old password or make some other mistake?

    When having this problem are you...

    1. Using the New Outlook app
    2. Using Classic Outlook (like Outlook 365)
    3. Accessing this account on the web with a browser?

    Regarding "contact your admin"... Are you using Outlook 365 for business?
