I just tried to access Outlook and I've been greeted with this message:
Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later.
The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again.
I've reset my password, been sent five or six e-mail login codes which have gotten me nowhere - and it wouldn't even send me one to my phone - and I am at the end of my patience. Can someone please advise me what I need to do to fix this? I've been locked out on my iPad and my phone, and trying to refresh on my laptop just gets me that message.

I cannot sign in to my hotmail e mail. I have tried everything. Nothing that microsoft offers in the on line support works.
It seems like there is no one to talk to. Is there some type of problem microst is aware of and working on? what should I do?
