I have the same issue and have tried most of the items listed.
I have also checked for all updates of W11 and 365
Please can you clarify:
Repair or Recreate the Outlook Profile
Repair:
- Open Control Panel > Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
- Select your profile and click Repair.
There appear to be at least two different ways in which Outlook is set up. I have multiple email accounts, and think I originally set them up at least two years ago via the Settings menu.
What am I supposed to see when I open the control panel to find Mail? Neither appears to be what I used when setting up my mail accounts.
6. Disable Reading Pane Animations
- Go to File > Options > Advanced.
- Under Outlook panes, uncheck Use animations when expanding conversations and groups.
I've never seen this before; unchecked it. I don't think I have ever had any animations.
7. Run Outlook in Safe Mode
- Press Win + R, type outlook.exe /safe, and hit Enter.
- If the issue doesn't occur in Safe Mode, an add-in or extension might be causing the problem.
I've tried this but initially the result was 'not found' or 'not available'. It worked on the third try.
Where might I find the add-ins?
Reinstall Microsoft 365 Apps
- Uninstall Microsoft 365 from the Control Panel.
- Restart your PC.
- Reinstall the apps from your Microsoft 365 portal.
This seems an extreme thing to do. All the other MS 365 applications work as expected.
