sports calendars not showing

I select various sports teams, but their schedules don't show in my calendar. Does this no longer work. I even got an email on the new outlook where it promotes this. I used to have a college football team, an MLB team and another team in my calendar, (and yes, the checkbox is selected), but no schedule appears... I even tried to import from the college teams website with a url link and Outlook wouldn't accept it.

Here's the email I received today, promoting this feature, which isn't working...

    Yes 100%. Same exact issue on my end too. Very frustrating.

    For what it's worth, as of December 12, 2024, I am still having this exact issue. Outlook says they have fixed it but nothing has changed on my end.

    Edit: seems like this issue has been fixed for NFL team/games. You must delete the calendar and then re-add it. However, I did the same for my favorite NCAA football and NCAA basketball teams (Kansas State) and the same issue persists: neither calendars are showing their games.

    I am accessing outlook via a Chrome browser.

    Hi BJ,

    I've only ever used it with Edge, and it's still working for me. Have you tried another browser?

    Also maybe check the version of Outlook that you're on?

    Try a soccer calendar- my 2 teams work.

    I presume you're screen- shot is of a laptop...have you tried from a phone (I discovered I had an issue when using my Samsung.)
