I want to access my HOTMAIL account, but it keeps sending me to Outlook. Don't want that. All my emails are in Hotmail. Please help me get my Hotmail account back.

I cant access my hotmail account

I am having the similar isssue.

I have my password, but I can not log in. It alway asks me to use my old phone number to receive the code, which is mission-impossible, since it is totally dead.

I have tried verification by all questions. I did. And I was told to 'wait for response within 24 hrs" But I tried many times, I answered those questions at different days, I never get response from them.

I made calls, then was advised to come to the community to seek answers. Now after I searched all threads, I don't think any of them helps., exept here the one like yours raised the similar questions.

SO, WHO CAN HELP?

How can I access my old HOTMAIL account. All my emails are there, not in Outlook. I don't like nor want the new Outlook. I want access to my HOTMAIL account. The email addresses are different.

i have the same problem i am not receiving anything i have tried Auto post for my bank they send me messages to confrim to my hotmail account and i cant get them
