Okay Microsoft, this needs to be addressed.
I looked up various ways that Microsoft claims you can turn this off; I uninstalled it from my computer, where it obviously auto-installed with an update. It says you can remove it from your ribbon in apps (you can't). And Outlook is THE WORST. Not only is it in the ribbon, in the strange summary box above the email, but also in every email you write, it's there, and when you hit enter to start typing a new paragraph, it shows up again.
With no way to disable or delete this feature, I fear this is an absolute invasion of privacy, and I hope a class action lawsuit against Microsoft begins soon. That may be the only way to get their attention that none of us asked for this feature, and by having no way to turn it off or OPT OUT, they are invading our privacy.
Honestly, the most annoying and worst feature that any software has rolled out ever. Like others, I may just stop using Outlook altogether and switch to my other email platforms.
Pay attention Microsoft! Your customers are not happy!
