How to remove the unverified sender message?

Hi,

I keep getting an 'unverified sender' message in Outlook (desktop and web app). I've added the address to 'trusted sender' and I've whitelisted the domain but still keep getting it.

The sender is 'trusted' and a reputable domain.

Is there anything else I can do on my side or is it down to the sender?

    Why is Outlook the most annoying and least reliable email service when it's been around almost forever....I'm paying for inconvenience and mediocrity. Let everyone in the comments sentiment be heard:

    DISABLE THE "UNVERIFIED SENDER" PROCESS OR FIX IT!!!

    I'VE ALREADY LOST IMPORTANT MESSAGES AND CUSTOMERS

    This is absolute trash as we have already seen that spammers and fishers have been able to manipulate SPF DKIM and DMARC leaving non-techie trusted parties as unverified and real spammers/fishers as "safe" ...

    That message is giving us the runaround and not a direct fix for the problem. We shouldn't have to go through a bunch of gobbletygook technical jargon just to fix a stupid problem that Microsoft created. We are just asking for a simple solution to this problem verifying our email senders.
