How to remove the unverified sender message?

Hi,

I keep getting an 'unverified sender' message in Outlook (desktop and web app). I've added the address to 'trusted sender' and I've whitelisted the domain but still keep getting it.

The sender is 'trusted' and a reputable domain.

Is there anything else I can do on my side or is it down to the sender?

    Hello,

    Same issue here. I'm sending a newsletter out each month using MailChimp. When I get a copy of it (as I'm sending me a copy as well), I get this unverified sender. Frustrating as it is my own emailed newsletter. Makes me wonder if all of my recipients are getting this message.

    The reply from Microsoft offers zero help. And the other replies seem to be similar frustrations.

    My suggestion is that the "Dismiss" button actually dismiss the unverified message while leaving the content alone.

    I very much enjoy that emails that I send to a listserv, and so I get a copy of, are coming in as Unverified.

    Hi,

    Having it arrive in my email as an "unverified" is not the issue. Not being able to "verify" it so that it doesn't happen every time is. As well as not being able to dismiss the warning message without dismissing the entire content.

    I wholeheartedly agree with the comments posted on here. I have enough to do in the average day without dealing with whatever "feature" has been introduced by Microsoft with no thought as to how it will impact users. There needs to be a SIMPLE way to verify the sender is a trusted sender, similar to how the user can click on "Not junk" for valid messages in the Junk folder. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!
