How to remove the unverified sender message?

Hi,

I keep getting an 'unverified sender' message in Outlook (desktop and web app). I've added the address to 'trusted sender' and I've whitelisted the domain but still keep getting it.

The sender is 'trusted' and a reputable domain.

Is there anything else I can do on my side or is it down to the sender?

    I am one of those invisible (until now) people who are frustrated and resentful that I have to deal with all this visual and so-far unfixable noise. About 20% of my messages show up as "unverified", even though they are all part of my ongoing business and come from ESTABLISHED platforms. I do not for ONE SECOND believe that the messages I am getting are from "dirty" sources, regardless of Microsoft's explanations about codes.

    Based on this issue, I have already been contemplating other approaches to my email requirements. And if I do switch my email to another mechanism/platform, I will also evaluate the entire Microsoft Office platform. I already have been using Google's products for some of my projects, so perhaps I should go a bit further and migrate ALL of my work, accordingly.

    MICROSOFT! Give me an option to get rid of the noise without exhausting me with technical notes and Herculean efforts. I suggest allowing us to turn off this function (it's NOT a feature). For me, this is actually a requirement.

    AND.... I NOW NEED TO KNOW THAT MY OUTGOING EMAILS AREN'T GETTING FLAGGED AS UNVERIFIED.

    This is absolute trash as we have already seen that spammers and fishers have been able to manipulate SPF DKIM and DMARC leaving non-techie trusted parties as unverified and real spammers/fishers as "safe" ...

    I just noticed the same thing, I received an "unverifed" warning on a business newsletter draft I SENT TO MYSELF using ConvertKit. Was just googling how to fix since I couldn't find any obvious solution. Now I'm wondering is my entire subscriber list going to receive the same warning? They SIGNED UP to receive my newsletter thus I am not UNVERFIEID. Utterly ridiculous.

    You lack the technological ability to understand what this feature is and how it is setup. This feature is required globally by all email providers as apart of a new standard to prevent cyber attacks.

    This is the only way forward. Do not decry something you find annoying simply because you do not understand.

    It sucks because whoever manages your Email domain screwed it up.

    Yes, I am getting this "warning" on messages from co-workers within my same domain and it is beyond annoying. I am pushing hard for us all to move to another email system. I hate Outlook
