How to remove the unverified sender message?

Hi,

I keep getting an 'unverified sender' message in Outlook (desktop and web app). I've added the address to 'trusted sender' and I've whitelisted the domain but still keep getting it.

The sender is 'trusted' and a reputable domain.

Is there anything else I can do on my side or is it down to the sender?

Many thanks,

Charlie

It's in the Defender Admin console - https://security.microsoft.com/
    I've
just found this because it's freaking out some of our users when standard messages are being flagged as unverified as well.

Hi - could you let me know where to find 'Email and collaboration' in order to turn off this incredibly annoing 'unverified' banner on emails that are both safe and verified... *sigh*

I've looked in the Outlook settings and my Microsoft account settings - I have Outlook through GoDaddy, maybe I don't have access to this?

    Thanks,

    Colleen

I should be able to verify a SPECIFIC email address manually, at the least. I many cases, how can I tell the other party that their email servers are not secured? *I* get annoyance because of something that is out of MY control.
