how can I remove the ads from my email in outlook on my android phone?

I have a paid subscription to Microsoft 365.

In Outlook on my pixel, I am seeing ads that I don't see on my notebook or desktop device.

If I delete 1 ad, another replaces it.

This is a new (less than a week) happening.

It's annoying, especially since I pay for Microsoft 365 and have for many years.

    I fixed it by deciding not to use it (Outlook app) anymore. I added my Comcast account to the Gmail app and see all my emails there. I don't get enough Gmail's to worry about it, but it is easy enough to switch between the Gmail and Comcast accounts within the Gmail app if need be.

    bye bye outlook and Microsoft's lack of support or caring

    did not work for me..

    STILL NO FIX FROM MICROSOFT ON THIS ISSUE. !!!

    No number to call , nobody form support to help..

    what a joke for the worlds biggest company.

    Should i cancel my family subscription?

    Seems to be the only way..

    sorry this is not good enough..

    You can clearly see i have a paid subscription and am using the same email address in outlook as the subscription..

    It all was fine up until 3 weeks ago..

    THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM..DONT FOB ME OFF WITH SCRIPT..

    FIX IT...!!!

    Me too. Microsoft 365 subscriber. MS customer since 1986. No ads on PC Outlook. Ads on Android phone.

    It is pretty obvious, MS is clueless.

    What a lousy **** reply that is to this annoying issue which I also have. Current subscriber and that does not work. Where can you find competent and caring help from Microsoft. It is non existent from point of view. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
