how can I remove the ads from my email in outlook on my android phone?

I have a paid subscription to Microsoft 365.

In Outlook on my pixel, I am seeing ads that I don't see on my notebook or desktop device.

If I delete 1 ad, another replaces it.

This is a new (less than a week) happening.

It's annoying, especially since I pay for Microsoft 365 and have for many years.

Thanks,

Sally

    Hi, Sally-W.

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are having trouble on the ads of your email, and I understand your confusion .

For advertising, Microsoft's policy is this:

Outlook is an ad-supported product for free users. For users with the Focused/Other inboxes enabled you'll see ads in your Other inbox. If you've disabled Focused Inbox in settings you'll see ads in your inbox. These ads are always clearly marked with the word "Ad" in your language.

Note: If you're seeing unwanted marketing emails in your inbox that aren't marked with "Ad" please refer to the topics on spam emails. While Outlook offers spam filtering on all accounts, we don't control what emails are sent to your email address.

You may refer to: Ads in Outlook Mobile

However, I noticed that you are subscribed to Microsoft 365, and according to our policy, users who are subscribed to Microsoft 365 will not receive ads, but you are still receiving official ads.

So I would like to ask you to make sure that the email address you used to purchase this subscription has been added as an account in Outlook. You can also visit https://account.microsoft.com/services to view the status of your subscription and ensure it hasn't expired.

Also if your login subscription email is a three-way email, you can refer to the suggestion in the link above to add an alias to solve the problem.

I very much hope that my reply solves the problem for you, we look forward to hearing back from you.

    Best Regards,

I've all my email addresses listed in my 365 account and I am still seeing ads in the mobile app for Outlook. Using the pixel 7 also. Any other fixes?

Thank you very much for your reply, but as far as I have tried, Outlook for mobile is a free version, which doesn't show the official ads of Microsoft, so I don't know what kind of ads you have. If you can, please send me a screenshot of the ads, so that I can solve the problem for you better. If you can, please send me a screenshot of the ads so that I can solve the problem for you. (Please be careful to cover up your privacy)
