how can I remove the ads from my email in outlook on my android phone?

I have a paid subscription to Microsoft 365.

In Outlook on my pixel, I am seeing ads that I don't see on my notebook or desktop device.

If I delete 1 ad, another replaces it.

This is a new (less than a week) happening.

It's annoying, especially since I pay for Microsoft 365 and have for many years.

Thanks,

Sally

I fixed it by deciding not to use it (Outlook app) anymore. I added my Comcast account to the Gmail app and see all my emails there. I don't get enough Gmail's to worry about it, but it is easy enough to switch between the Gmail and Comcast accounts within the Gmail app if need be.

bye bye outlook and Microsoft's lack of support or caring

Thank you very much for your reply, but as far as I have tried, Outlook for mobile is a free version, which doesn't show the official ads of Microsoft, so I don't know what kind of ads you have. If you can, please send me a screenshot of the ads, so that I can solve the problem for you better. If you can, please send me a screenshot of the ads so that I can solve the problem for you. Same problem. Originally the Outlook app on my Samsung 21 did not show adds. Then, I'm guessing maybe an update came out, and now I have adds. The email accounts are the same as on my laptop and I don't have adds there.

    Please Help

    Martin

Same thing here. For about a month i have been getting the adds on top of screen in outlook app. Paid subscription to MS Office.

This solution seems to work on my Android phone

On your Android device, go to Settings. Tap Security and Privacy >Privacy>Other Privacy Settings> Ads. Tap Reset Advertising ID and confirm your changes.

I had the same problem suddenly a few days ago, and I solved it by uninstalling Outlook and OneDrive off of my Pixel 7, and cancelling my Office 365 subscription (also my Xbox Game Pass). M$'s greed and incompetence are just too obscene for me to bear anymore. They could have easily tied my account to my install of Outlook mobile WITHOUT hijacking the email address that I used to sign in, which created all sorts of sent mail problems before I realized what they had done.
