Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
So, how?? What's your advice?

Every day I receive 20-30 emails where the sender from address starts with renew@ (see image below) Outlook is placing these messages in the Junk email folder. But, every day I have to scan the Junk mail folder looking for appropriate messages that should have shown up in my Inbox.
I would like to create a Rule that automatically deletes any message in the Junk email folder who's sender name begins with "renew@"
I have actually created a rule but I cannot figure out how to run it against the Junk email folder.

No advice because we can't do anything in this case. As I said before, spam filter already detects them and places them in Junk folder. Manual clean up (delete them) is all we can do.
I think it's a shame for Microsoft. Someone is massively spaming you Outlook for weeks, and there is nothing you can do to help your users. Incredibly!
I agree but there have been many cases where users spam volume goes down suddenly. One of my users became a spam/phishing victim about a month ago. More than 1500 junk mail hammered his mailbox in 7 hours. They came from more than 600 unique IP addresses that belong to Microsoft. Suddenly it stopped completely. I did nothing except contacting support. They must have caught the spammers who abused their system. I'm a 365 subscriber.
The point is, it is not one user, it seems that there are many of us. And we are reporting and asking for help. So, they should catch the spammer!
