receiving many spam emails from sender renew@

Every day I receive 20-30 emails where the sender from address starts with renew@ (see image below) Outlook is placing these messages in the Junk email folder. But, every day I have to scan the Junk mail folder looking for appropriate messages that should have shown up in my Inbox.

I would like to create a Rule that automatically deletes any message in the Junk email folder who's sender name begins with "renew@"

I have actually created a rule but I cannot figure out how to run it against the Junk email folder.

    Hi,

I am using Outlook Web Mail.

There are three menu choices at the top Home, View, Help.

Select Help and you see three options below.

Select Feedback. On the far right side of the screen you get Feedback options.

You get three options: give a compliment, report a problem, make a suggestion

    Choose report a problem

Type a description of the problem below in the text box then scroll down and click Submit

@Ron6576 How did you contact support? I cannot figure out how to do so and I also am experiencing countless emails from renew@ that just a few days ago now started coming from preview@. I'd like to report this somehow but cannot figure out how/where to do so.

Yes, I meant the "renew" and "preview" group...

How long should it last before they react?

Seems? It's a fact there are many spam victims and it's been going on and off for years. It's a whack a mole game between spammers and email providers.

The point is, it is not one user, it seems that there are many of us. And we are reporting and asking for help. So, they should catch the spammer!
