Hello,

I also had the problem and digged in a bit deeper using sysinternals Process Monitor to see what exactly fails, when the system tries to download the file in the temporary outlook folder. There I figured out that my problem was a somehow missing Attachments folder!

Please press WIN-R and type %userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\olk and press Enter.
Then an explorer windows opens. Check if you can see an Attachments folder. If not create one and problem might be solved for you.

I deleted it and readded it but still would not work. I am talking with Microsoft right now, if they give me some steps to try, I will post them here if they have not been tried yet.

I have two users currently going through this today, maybe a few more as the day goes on.

I know its a bit much but what I told the end users was to "SAVE AS" the .pdf they are trying to open, save it to their desktop or documents and open it with Adobe and print. This has worked so far but I haven't had anything outside of .pdf's come up for our organization.

Just an update for all of you. Microsoft has finally acknowledged that there is an issue. They posted it on the Service Heath Dashboard on the o365 Admin Portal.
